Covestor portfolio manager Marty Leclerc of Barrack Yard Advisors went on Nightly Business Report’s Market Monitor to discuss his outlook on bonds (“the zero interest rate policy of the Fed means investments traditionally considered safe are, paradoxically, not safe”) and a couple stocks that he holds in the Core International portfolio.
